S. A. D. Lamps
Or... just SAD... Does anyone have one...was your experience positive? And cheap/ moderate priced recommendations? I've considered them in the past but the price a few years ago was steep. They seem to have dropped to a more realistic level.
I've been an unhappy and miserable bunny since the clocks changed. I'm like this every year...but it's worse. Totally unmotivated...really want to hibernate,...bad mood alternating between grumpy and sad.

I know someone who has used one every Winter for several years and swears by it (it was actually recommended by the GP, who also used one herself).
Exactly the same unit in Chris's link is available on Amazon (under a different name) much cheaper. You could try one for a few months and return it if it didn't improve symptoms...return cut-off date is Jan 31!
