A while back I posted this question

https://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Home-and-Garden/Question1842556.html

I did buy the dispenser and it has stopped a lot of irritation and wasted part used rolls of cling film.

It is better than I expected, so very pleased.

I started a new thread because old threads don't show on latest posts.

Not the first time AB has helped, I'm sure it isn't the last time.

I have a wrapmaster 1000.  A proper dispenser really does save your sanity!

It really does!

Far better to stop using clingfilm altogether - it's plastic!

Now this is feedback, and its a pitty we don't recieve more. I was only thinking this week, this time of year we get a lot of questions about cental heating and general boiler problems popping up. I did notice that many of the questions this year and last year came from some posters that had not used AB for some time, but they certainly knew where to come for the information they where desperate for :0)

Having a little insight into the workings of  such a system myself along with others on here, more so the builder, giving their best advice, (of course  we are NOT encouraging you to tamper with your boiler) its against the law and dangerous, apart from altering your tem control knobs, and bleeding radiators.

The advice is given to maybe give you an idea of what the problem could be, and wheather you need an engineer, or its a simple overlook by you.

The advice should it prove you need an engineer is, also to give you an idea of how much you could be quoted or round about for such a repair, or maybe not worth repairing at all

So to conclude, it would be nice if people got back to us all and told us what the outcome was ( the problem) and how much it had cost. It really does help everyone who may suffer the same problems.

Please just take the time to give feedback like you took the time to put your question. Many times I look back and theres been zero feedback thats not to fair on the ones who have taken the time to try and help you. It aso help us to wheather we got it right or wrong. Thanks

I did give feedback on my boiler question.  I always appreciate the help I get here 🙂

I agree, nicebloke, and same with other topics, especially quizzes and crosswords

12.09 I know you did barry, in full :0)

12.09 A boiler problem is a bit like having a car problem, if you don't have a clue you can leave yourself wide open to excess charges. And on the other hand you may have ended up sitting in the freezing cold all night for the sake of some simple advice of a tweek.

as a long time user (17 year) if the questions are raised in chatterbank you don't expect feedback

Question Author

I never expect feedback or even a quick thanks anywhere on AB, but it is lovely when someone does take the time

Its not thanks that anyone may be looking for, well not me anyhow. But with these sort of subjects it builds up a reference for people that may sooner or later experience problems and can therefore look up.

Very true, like an answer bank
