I'd be interested to know whether or not the tenants could be evicted, regardless of the proposed solar panels. The GBNews item was a bit short on info.

The owner can change their plans for it.

Perhaps they need one of those fund-me things.

I doubt if there would be a sustainable legal challenge to the decision, unless someone has really messed up procedures. It would need to be established that something was wrong in the procedures, not that the permission was wrong in principle.
