My aunt moved out of her trailer in a trailer park, and moved into my place a few months ago. She still has to pay rent for keeping the trailer there, and they also charge her for electric even though she's not using it. Over $400 a month. She had a few people who wanted to look at the trailer. One lady just didn't show up, and my aunt was waiting for her for like a half hour and she didn't answer. The lady did call my aunt a few days later and apologized. Another lady wanted to look at it, so they decided to meet there at 12. We went and waited until like 12:20 and my aunt called her. She answered. My aunt was like "hi, this is karen. Are you the one who wanted to look at the trailer?" Then the lady just hung up, and never showed up. My aunt was pretty sad, and I dont blame her. I told her for now on when someone calls to look at the trailer, then ask them if they are really gonna show up, because she had two no shows, and that she'd appreciate a call if they ended up changing there mind. Should I have just kept my mouth shut? I'd just wanna know before I drove all the way there so I don't waste my time.

If she wants to sell she's got to be prepared to put up with the time wasters in the hope that someone genuinely interested shows up. No alternative really.

ps. they could seem genuine on the phone but still not turn up.
