sky+ tv

Since having sky+ installed on friday - everything was fine to begin with - but yesterday the picture enlarged so it doesn't fit - we've tried everything you would to get it back to normal - any ideas???

maybe you have set to widescreen but are watching on a standard 4:3 tv ?

Thanks for your reply - wht more info would you like - It doesn't have a setting for widescreen - both are set on 16.9 - almost certain its the tv setting thats gone wrong. watched a dvd last night and screen was normal for that - any more ideas please.

goto services on your remote press system set up using select button press picture settings using select button picture format should come up as16:9 thats what should read on screen

if it does not show 16:9 then change it to 16:9 and scroll down to save settings

thanks for that too - had already tried that but tried it again just in case - still screen too large - going to call sky again.
