Got to try ebay. here's a little scam that is quite legal and not really a scam. Hav a look at what's selling on ebay (something in vogue) eg DVD boxsets etc. - put some on sale as multiple items of each at a reasonable price (you'll have to wor this out) - check which of the online retailers has these at the lowest price. When people order these at the 'Buy it Now' price, go and order it from say - Play.com, and delier it straight to the purchaser's address - legal - just a bit cheeky (you don't even have to do any packaging!) - I did this quite a bit and my profit was basically the postage charge.

Something a bit different to consider, look into an offset mortgage. It may mean some fees initially, but you can shave years off your mortgage just be keeping extra cash in your account. Depends if you've got loans etc as to how effective it is. I have got a One Account and am on track to pay off a 25 year mortgage in 17 years thus saving thousands in interest. Do a calculation on www.oneaccount.com and see what the possibilities are. There are other providers of this as well, but One Account is the one I know.
