natural underground (probe) heating
4 Answers
I understand the basics of how this type of system works, but I can't find any information on manufacturers, suppliers etc. or research on just how efficient it is.
I'm NOT talking about UNDERFLOOR HEATING, but a system where a series of probes are driven deep into the ground to utilise the earths natural energy.
Anyone got any ideas or know of any relevant websites?

The most suitable would be the type where an area the size of a football field is dug down about three metres and a lattice work of plastic pipes are laid and recovered with the soil. This then works on a lower temp and can be virtually switched off. Don't know any web sites, but they'll be out there
