Stereo in Ford Fiesta

My friend recently had new car battery put in her car and her car radio is now asking for a code. She has looked everywhere for the booklet but can not find one for the radio - does anyone know how she unlock the radio.

No catch, my friend, I'm simply offering you a service for free that you would normally get ripped off with by the Ford dealer. They can trace the stereo's serial number from the car's registration number via the car's chassis number. Unfortunately I can't do this, I can only give you the code if you give me the stereo's serial number.

Ok I have asked my friend if she can remove stereo and waiting for her to let me know, she thinks it may be difficult as it seems an all in one unit but will try and let me know.

Ford stereos are easy to remove. At either side of the unit there are two holes. Into these fits a U-shaped prong type thing, one on each side of the stereo. Pulling out sideways and toward you will withdraw the stereo. The prong things can be bought at places like Halfords.

Thanks for advice my friend removed her car radio using the prongs serial number is M038330

If you tell us code can you advise how she puts in numbers as in presses first number and preset or just types in all the numbers and then preset.

Your friend's code is 5695. Sorry, I don't know how you put the code in. But your Ford dealer will tell you for nowt.

Hi there can anyone help..?
My fiesta's radio serial number is M429796 it is a 4500model. Does anyone know how to get hole of the code because I'm bored of trying to tune in my bath radio!!!!!!
