We will try and answer. The brass pins are extruded as a long upright t shape and then cut off to size, the holes drilled and tapped and a screw inserted all in less than a couple of seconds. the plastic bits are injection moulded several at a time and the whole thing assembled by machine in another couple of seconds. or di you want a different answer.
