Try and be relaxed and really confident. Just big yourself right up as well as highlighting how well you work in a team.
Use good body language i.e. not crossed arms or anything, quite open and apparently showing the palms of your hands subconsiously (sp?) portrays honesty.
Also if they ask if you've any questions, try and have one handy.
Good Luck.
if its in customer services the interview is pretty simple. its split into 3 parts....telephone roleplay, computer skills and interview. in the roleplay you speak to the interviewer on the phone. youve got a list in front of you regarding what the pretend call is about so don't worry, just read it through before you start and make sure you're telephone manner comes across well. when you answer the phone make sure you say your name. at the end of that call ask if theres anytihng else youc an help with and thank them for calling. the computer skills bit has you with head phones on and recordings of people wupposedly calling with a query. you need to listen and enter their postcode, account number etc. if you miss something you can replay it. the interview part is pretty standard so just relax, try to answer all their questions and be positive about why you want the job.
the above has been the interview practice for the past two years or so, so i hope it hasnt changed after all that!
