Val, John and Pete were given them at a reunion thingy. Biddy Baxter was given one at her retirement (shortly after she invented them!). I think Lewis Bronze got one too! Various Athletes have them for winning Olympic medals. Also many ordinary children were given them for saving peoples lifes or overcoming major problems in their lifes against the odds.
I would love to see a complete list though.

A few more I've found on the net or suddenly remembered!
Chris Martin from Coldplay (for Live 8), Madonna, Tom Hanks, Brad Pitt, Ewan McGregor, HM The Queen, Alex Gadd from Leeds who cycled from Lands End to John O'Groats for charity but is now famous for selling his badge on an auction site for over a grand during the Badge sale scandal, Bonnie who was the first dog winner, Endal another dog who saved it's owners' life, Rachel a Cf sufferer, Joey (I think?) the disabled guy who was the face of a big appeal in the 80s, Stephen Payne the designer of the ship Queen Mary 2 who had wriiten to BP 32 years earlier to complain about their handling of the sinking of the Queen Elizabeth, Ryan Gibbons a young rugby player, Percy Thrower the BP gardener who died just days after it was given to him and Johnny Wilkinson.
I'll check my annuals for more.
