sky remote. (how to re set)

can anyone out there tell me how to re set the remote for sky please ?

i know its a simple process, but i cant remember how ! its a spare remote that has had the batteries removed for a couple of months.

It sometimes tells you the process inside the battery cover. Cant remember it exactly but i will check tonight and if noone has answered i will let you know.
