Where can I buy 2 cooker knobs for my BELLING cooker, they fell off and broke and I cant get them to stay back on. I live in Eat London and need them asap.

Either contact Belling, or go to your local dump and pull a some knobs off some discarded cookers. There are only a couple of shaft sizes commonly used by manufacturers, so the chances are that you'll find ones that fit.
