I was getting goosebumps reading your Q, yes I totally agree that's a great movie moment, not just what she says but the cut to Rocky doing 1 arm pressups and the next 10 mins or so when Rocky set's about training properly, absolutely Brilliant.

One of the ones I can think of is in Zulu when the Zulus start chanting and the Sergeant say's in a welsh accent "Now boyos do you think the welsh guards can do better than that?" and they all belt out men of Harlech, Get's me every time!

"It's a wonderful life," when James Stewarts character is shown what peoples lifes would be like if he'd never been born, gives me the hairs standing on the back of my neck feeling, just prior to the waterworks, gets me every time, and I've watched it many times...classic tearjerker.
"Imatation of Life" with Lana Turner, at the very end when the wayward daughter throws herself on her mothers coffin and
wails "Iam sorry mumma, I did love you"
"The Snake Pit" with olivia de Havilland, when all the people in the asylum attend a dance and the song "Iam Going Home" plays, It's haunting...aaah memories of my childhood.
