Cancelling a my space account

I have a my space account that i wish to cancel.however when i set it up i set up an e-mail address just for the my space account that i never really intended on using.now i am trying to cancel my my space account and i am having problems cause to cancel it appears i need to get a confirmation e-mail to my e-mail address that i provided to cancel it.however the e-mail address hasnt been used so it has been cancelled and i have no way of getting the e-mail to confirm to cancel my account.could anyone tell me if theres any other way to cancel my account.cheers

if you can't cancel it just log on and change all your details to obscure crap and delete all your friends lists.
