My system regularly crashes whilst I am using Answerbank and I get a Microsoft Error Report. This always tells me that the online crash analysis has processed and analysed the report and that a solution is not available. This is not related to the frequent Answerbank site crashes but is (I think) to do with my PC. Any ideas?
Someone else has posted complaints about IE 6.0 and AB. Do you run IE 6.0? Try the latest service pack or go for a different browser (Netscape/Mozilla/Opera etc etc).
Come on Button......the AB is the only site i have any hassles with....so why should i or any user roll back to IE5.5 or use another browser altogether.....surely AB could get the finger out and sort the problem???
