Orange SIM Card in Motorola Phone
5 Answers
Will it work if I put my Orange pay as you go SIM card into a new Motorola phone? It has Vodaphone written on the side and I'm not expecting it to work but wasn't definate if it actually made a difference.
Unfortunately, I dropped my old phone in the toilet on Friday and was given a new phone by a colleuge at work.
Any replies will be appreciated. X

Google 'unlock motorola xxxx' where xxxx is the model number, and you should get a few sites that will unlock your phone for as little as $5 (2.50-3ish), thus allowing you to use it with any network.
Try your SIM in it first though - you might be lucky and it won't be locked. If it says 'no SIM inserted' or 'invalid SIM' or somethiing similar, it will be locked and you'll need a code to unlock it
