shrinking pixels?

I'm trying to post a picture of my car on a forum, but am only allowed 80 x 80 pixels. How do I shrink my photo to this size without missing half the car out?
I,ve got Roxio Photosuite & Finepix Viewer, but don't know how to use them!!

or try searching the help menus in your software for resolution - I would imagine they'd have this feature in there somewhere.

There should be a resize button in one of your programmes, check all the menus and see if it's there.
