Uploaing a video clip

Hello, just starting out on the setting up of a website and i was wondering if it was possible to upload a video clip to my site using microsoft front page.
If it is please could someone give me instructions on how to do this.

You can publish (upload) anything to your web site with Front Page.

First import the video clip into Front Page (not sure of menu option but it may be Import).

Then once it is in Front Page publish it like you publish the rest of your site.

I'd upload the video and then use the "embed" html tags to show the video.
Search google for "html embed" for the exact syntax
