[Miss Shroom]

I am currenly on the mission " Capture Ontiveros" on hard difficulty, the helicopter has just ******** off and i have to make my way to a vantage point to take down any enemies that might take down president martin face. with the help of one ally tank i can manage to rid the place but one enemy tank always survives with 31.8% health each time !!! i've loaded this point a hundred god damn times now, i have no rocket launcher only a rifle and no u.s dudes to order so i'm screwed, anyone know what to do here?
