Digital topbox pixelating

My Freeview digital topbox was working ok with the occasional channel pixelating. Now most of the channels pixelate so badly the programmes are unwatchable. Does anyone know what the likely cause is and what I can do about it? Many thanks

Hi I had the same problem, you need to have your arial look at also there could be a problem with your digibox

If you can afford a new digibox I would recomend the
digihome pvr80 with twin tuners and hard disk for recording
since I got the new box I've not had a problem at all.

I think thegamer is right.

Sometimes these freeview boxes build up a lot of static which makes them play up. Turn it off completely ie at the wall not just the switch on the box. Leave it for a minute and then turn back on. It's worth a try before spending.
