Opening a bar abroad

Not sure of this is the right section to put this question in, but law is involved at some point! Myself and my boyfriend are looking into running a bar abroad. In spain most likely. Are there any websites that tell you the steps you need to take in order to do this or something similar? We'd be grateful for any help!
