I am suddenly having trouble sending e mails to people - both to hot mail accounts and ordinary accounts - they are returned to me with the words "timed out" what am I doing wrong - many thanks for any help

Are you sending attachments with them? Because if they are very big ones, that take a while to send, this could be the reason. Also some E.mail accounts limit you to the amount you can send.
