I'm not sure about creating the colour but if you find some poster paint the right colour you can make it into a water proof paint very similar to acrylic paint by mixing it with PVA glue.
I used to be a colour mixer in my youth, and without knowing exactly which colour fuchia you have in mind I would say that you need something like a crimson lake, then add a touch of ultramarine blue. If you go to a good decorator's merchants who supplies the trade, they should be able to help you. Take one of the fuchias with you. I have had to match many similar things in the past, but now I suppose it's all done by machine. Good luck
go to a dulux paint/decorators shop they have a machine but also can match any colour. they can tell you what dyes in what proportion.
bit garbled but then thats what alcohol does!!!
I've just painted my bedroom fushia pink - it was a dulux paint called 'Flamingo Fun'
