Can anyone tell me what rights i have as my wife is divoring me and want`s half my house.
I bought the house on my own before we met and feel i don`t have to give up half as she has been having an affair for two years which she thinks i don`t know about

She finally settled on half the equity of the house but left his pensions and endowments alone.
It could have been worse.
He was angry and bitter for quite a while but at the end of the day he paid her off and got rid, now he has moved on

A friend of mine (who has a wealthy background) is planning to move in with his gf of 2 years. Friends and family don't think it will work and his parents are thinking of pre-moving in agreement. Is this possible? as ive heard that just living together and not necessarily being married is now enough for property and possesions to be split

i can sympathise with you a simlar thing happened to my son,
only his ex moved away with there children,
and she does not let him have access to them,
every time he tries to ring she hangs up or says she wont be in if he calls..
there are some real bi**hes about arent there.
