Please could anyone tell me where I can either download or buy instruction manual for a Philips dect 515 cordless phone. I am in agony with my back and neck due to searching.Any help will be greatiy appreciated.

The only similarly numbered model on the Philips website is the Dect 5150S/07. When manufacturers use numbers that similar it often means that they're the same model with just minor variations. e.g. the model number might be Dect 515 - 0S/07 (where the last few characters just indicate minor design changes). I suggest that you take a look to see if it's similar to your phone:
