Hi
Just got an I pod nano for Xmas. Can anyone tell me how to delete songs from the memory. I have downloaded Itunes 7 but cannot find a delete button Please help.

I assume that this is 2nd hand or has songs already loaded on it (if bought brand new it should not have any songs on it at all).

If you have got songs, then plug the nano into your pc using the USB cable and when the nano is recognised (it appears on the left hand menu bar) select the songs you want to delete (as you would if you were selecting emails to delete or files in Explorer) and press delete on your keyboard. CARE: You will lose these songs for ever unless they are already in your itunes library.

If this does not work, you may need to set the nano to manage the songs manually - have a look at the help on the apple website, it does give you step by step guides.
