sunbeds and tanning

if you was to go on the sunbeds (using a tanning cream also) and then wash an hour or what ever later would your tan be effected? like fake tan andfake tan make up - it washes off, lightens it etc etc.

i always wonder this when ever i go on the sunbeds.

maybe,as you are removing the very top layers of skin when you wash but a tan would be deeper than that.

Confused Mum, sorry to put a dampner on your sun bed time but my fella has not long come out of hospital to have a mole removed that was skin cancer through excessive use of sunbeds, 3years ago, his ear nearly fell off through the complex operation. touch wood it looks great and you could not tell he has had an operation. He has to go back to the hospital for 5 yrs every other month to make sure it does not come back else where, I would advise everyone to be careful on these things.

personally, i preffere a girl to have a nice untainted natural look, not ghostly, but you know what i mean...

but trying to look non ghostly in winter is hard bloody work! lol!!! :D

i use a sunbed every week and have a bath afterwards , it does not affect you'r tan.
