hi there
recently moved into a house and the fridge keeps freezing up making it impossible to cool fresh food, everything is getting frozen. It only has an electronic gauge which we cannot lower, maybe we're missing something, thought someone might have the same fridge and could therefore help? Thanks

When I had my previous fridge the controls were not in the body of the fridge but on the outside at the top, next to the digital display. There was a particular overide procedure so that kids could not just reajust it in your absence.(Although on mine they would have to have run away from the circus acrobats as it was six feet tall!!) When we replaced like with like I notice they have returned to small dial on the outside at the top.
As an aside if this is a frost free model it is important not to have loads of stuff touching the back wall as it impairs its function.
