Switching off alrms

How do I switch off when I have forgoten the code?

I am sorry to say this but anyone in there right mind won't answer this question.

I you are the rightful owner of the property (home or car) guarded by an alarm then you should know the alarm code off by heart.

I you don't know it then you dont live there!

Contact the manufacturers, if you are the rightful owner they should be able to give you a standard factory set code to turn it off

Hopefully you are the rightful owner and are not, in fact, stood outside someone's house with a laptop waiting for someone to tell you how to switch the alarm off. :)

If you phone the installation firm up and tell them all about your probs give the right pass word answer there questions correctly they might be able to help HTH Thanks Tez

You open the control box and disconnect the electrical supply to it. You remove the battery back-up (if fitted). You may also have to climb a ladder to the alarm box, open it and remove the back-up battery in there (if fitted).
