Yes just play the program into the DVD recorder.

is it the USB connections on the + box and the PC
The output from your skiy box that normally goes into your tv can be taken out and plugged into your DVD recorder. If you have a standard ariel style output socket then you'll probably be able to leave the TV connected as well . Most things use a scart lead but usually they also have the old fashion coax ariel connection so you should be able to use that.
i think there is some confusion over what you intend to do.
from your post I take it that you want to connect your sky box to your pc and then record programmes via the pc's dvd burner.

You cant just connect to your pc.You will need to install in your pc a tv capture card.or pvr card. A capture card would need software to enable programmes to be saved on the hard drive.Whereas a pvr card would have built in capability to record via the dvd burner
I see, I mis read the Q I thought you had a dvd recorder. Paul explain what to do
Also must ad here I have asked this queist b4 on here and the usb port on the sky box is inactive and apparently is for future use so come on you b stewards at sky activate our usb port......
