Can anybody help me complete the Land Registry forms TR1 & AP1? For what I considered to be a simple task my solicitor wants to charge 300. I have filled in most parts but am a little confused by what is required in some sections. I have searched the LR site for assistance but cannot find anything. If no one is able to help, are there any websites that may be useful?
Thank you in anticipation.

I tend not to go in for write-it yourself conveyancing, one of you is gonna get the property absolutely
and when the owner gets to sell, if the conveyance is wrong then he's gonna have to pay to get it right AND may have to collect a signature from the other - now of course ten years down the line
go to a licensed conveyancer
very good value
