Google Earth

I had Google Earth on our pc but it seems to have disappeared. When I click on to the earth at the top of the screen it used to come straight up with the globe but now it comes up with new downloads etc and I don't know how to get the globe up so I can look at any country. Any help please to a helpless pensioner.

Is the new downloads thing saying that a new version of Google Earth is available? If so, follow the instructions and download it, and you'll be able to see the globe again.

and anytime I get a program not working how it did, I just re-install, so you could always try that if nothing works.
