Myspace

I have set up a Myspace account and have sussed out how to change the background colour and add things to it but I don't know how to change the contact button to personalise it. I asked this in Technology but no-one has answered it yet and I know that a lot of people on B&S use Myspace , so can someone help please ? Oh and i'd be grateful if someone could also please tell me how to add a picture to my page. (Not an avatar - a picture such as the lovely David Tennant) Many thanks x

do you mean the contact table enigma? The bit that says message, add as friend etc?

If this is what you mean google myspace contact tables (they have them on most of the myspace layout/background sites too) when you find one you like copy the code then paste it in 'all about me' or one of the other sections :)

www.hotfreelayouts.com has some brilliant themes that all come with a matching contact table :D

Thanks Caz . I looked at pimpmyspace but I couldn't make head nor tail of changing the contact box. I ended up with a lot of text in the main info box. I've added you on. Thanks x

to add a pic other than an avatar, find the pic you want, save it to your pc and upload it to a photosite (i use photobucket cos its dead easy to use) when its loaded copy the HTML code underneath the piccy and paste it in your profile wherever you want it (films, music etc)

Yes I saw that Bednobs , ducked down and ran past it quickly lol. I don't make a habit of doing this , it's a one off. I just got fed up waiting for an answer which might never come but it's still not as bad as the "What colour of knickers do you have on ?" "What's everyone having for lunch ?" type of questions. It's no more misplaced than some of the tripe which pops up on here.

Yes , that's what I meant aka pixi. I'll check that out and thanks for the help on uploading piccies x That's the reason why I came here to ask this. My question was answered quickly but the tumbleweed is probably blowing over my question in Technology. Thanks everyone x

aww I was the same, i found it really complicated when i first joined. One day I made a brilliant profile that took me hours then I did something and lost it all :( I was almost crying lol

Might be a bit geeky but I copy and paste all my code into notepad and edit it before retuning it to MySpace... never lost anything though.
