I have tried to download the concorde for FS2002. I was left with a folder on the desktop. How do I integrate this into the simulator?

When I have done this previously, the folder on the desktop is a zip file. You need to extract the file to the aircraft folder of FlightSim. The new aircraft should be in the aircraft list next time you load. By the way, the last few Concordes that I tried to download weren't very good as they used other panels. For full effect make sure you have the correct panel download.
