I understand that is not illegal to take game in Scotland on a sunday but understand that it is frowned upon. However does anyone know the legal situation regarding the taking of deer on a sunday in scotland.

Do you mean shooting deer on land that is not your own, or land that is your own?

Or do you mean roadkill?
