Being unfairly fired from a job
1 Answers
I have been fired from a job reciently, unfairly, I am currently in dispute with them regarding unemployment. I was awarded the benifits and they are fighting the judgement I have a witness to the unfair firing witch she is still employed by the company, I subpoened her to be a key witness. The company has 3 current employees that are also shown up to be witnesses to defend the company. The owner told my witness that she will not be paid for the day for being there but the other girls are being paid. Due to the fact that my witness was subpoena to the hearing, is it a law that she has to be paid for the day of missing work?
