My Dyson has just blown up. Only had it a year or so!! It has to be fairly compatable with wooden flooring aswell as carpets and light (ish) as my cleaner is quite old.

Any ideas, because as clever as I am, I really have no idea.

Peace of mind Mrk, with no call out charges.

Back to Hoovers.

The smily faced Henry ones have a very good write up. I will not change the bags, so that is not an issue.

Perhaps the cheaper ones are better. Does anybody have a Henry?
Hire a maid
That's what I do
bag ma . some times after a few hours i do get a bit fed up ............... but its a hard life :(
Well I don't see the point in ironing. How for example do you get the sleeves the same, and it goes badly wrong at the cuffs. All of my shirts are TOP quality, Versace, Paul Smith, George, etc, and much appreciated at the New Addington Lodge, and a few creases never came between friends, anyway.

i have a henry the new one out is ok better suck ,i have 3 vac cleaners how sad am i lol
all the men love the way i iron there shirts , im a expert at it now
joe they were the days my friend that will never end we sang and danced forever and the day,marion faithful ,( back to my bunker now }
mary hopkins ..........dysons are useless get yourself a henry
Dysons are absolute crap. My dyson went through 2 motors in 18 months, both times out of warranty. The motor consists of Italian parts assembled in China. According to Which magazine, they are the best performers but the least reliable.
i am going to lie down in a dark room
why ?

I've been using the same electrolux for thirty years and it's still going strong. I hope those made today are made as durable as those made thirty years ago.

I got one similar to this JL were matching internet price, I looked at buying lessser one and upgrading bits (parquet brush and ace filter for unit ) but cheaper to buy the more expensive one as the filter was 20 and the brush 30. JL'sown insurance was better as included lots of free vaccum bags, which did arrive as promised I felt JL did themselves proud on this deal matching biz..

I hate cylinder vac's, and we bought this as our cleaner requested a pull along Miele. I have to say having used it last week - it was pretty good and the variable power means that if Mr Sense is working from home he can still conference call while the vacuum is being used , impossible when the eight typhoon Dyson was being used! Our Dyson was an upright- I keep it for using on mucky jobs and for the kids to use. Really miss the rasping noise that the Dyson made when it got to the edge of the fringed rug, NOT!
