2 pm gmt
sorry,its midnight
Question Author
I would have to listen in the uk at 12am ??
UK is eight hours ahead of US pacific time so yes it would be midnight. The only time it would be different is when the clocks go back or forward as they do not always do it the same week as the UK so there might be a week when it was an hour later or sooner.
To clarify yes you need to listen at midnight in the UK

if you double click on the time display on your
computers desktop, you will open windows date and time properties window.
if you click on time zone, eastern time shows up as gmt-5hrs.therefore if its midnight here its only 7pm there.

you will have to bear in mind that just now we are in bst ( british summertime ) which means that we are 1 hr forward from gmt.

therefore at this time of year if its midnight
here its only 6pm there ( i think that's right, its
started to get confusing now ).

good luck !!!
