A back venting drier has a pipe which is around 4" in dia and flexible you should get a pipe with the dryer.
The best way is to put the pipe through the wall to the out side or as some do out of an open window when they use the dryer.
Most diy stores stock venting kits. If you already have a hole in the wall they are easy to fix. An adapter is on the inside where you push the the hose into. There is a plate to fix on the outside with louvers and a fine mesh to stop little things getting into it. Quite easy to fit if the hole exists,

If you do not have a hole leading to outside, do as mrknowall suggests and stick it out the window.
most tuble dryers have va vent kit already attatched so you dont need to buy a kit
