Hi
If you post a postal order to somebody and it does not reach them, is there anything you can do? (I realise if you send it by spec del/rec del you can chase it up.)
Thanks.

Most postal orders are crossed nowadays which mean they have to be paid into a bank account and can`t be cashed over the counter, if you got a receipt for it take it back to the post office and ask them to cancel it
postal orders can be un crossed or crossed, bought one on monday,if it was un crossed it can be cashed at a post office by anyone, but if you put the persons name on it they should have to prove they are that person before its cashed, crossed ones as ELVIS says must be put through a bank account, did you keep the small part of the order,if so as ELVIS says cancel it.
