Electricity bill is too difficult for to understand
2 Answers
These days, apart from the cost, my electricity bill from Powergen is too difficult for me to understand, and therefore check. It lacks easy-to-follow steps, and now includes a Single Fuel Discount without proper explanation of how it is calculated, or of when and why it was brought out.
I am considering switching to Atlantic Electric and Gas (Scottish & Southern) but so far they have not replied to my request for an example of an Economy 7 bill, including any supplementary charges / rebates, to see if I can understand their billing better.
Has anyone else got this problem, and can preferably tell me their solution please?

The only solution I've come up with is quite a complicated one. I put everything on an Excel spreadsheet a couple of years ago and now I can track in plain English.
I myself am with Scottish Power online and it's very simple to understand.
