WHY DOES MY DIGITAL RADIO ONLY RECEIVE INTERFERENE WHEN MY LAPTOP IS IN SCREENSAVING MODE?
I have a digital radio and a laptop at opposite sides of my room. The laptop receives the internet through a wireless network.
When the digital radio is on, and I am working on my computer, everything works fine. However, when the computer goes on to screensaver mode, the digital radio gets terrible interference and sometimes receives no signal at all. This happens regardless of where I am standing in the room. As soon as I work on the conputer again and the screensaver goes back to the normal screen, the interference stops. I am a bit intrigued about this, as you wouldn't think there would be much of a difference between the send/receive wireless signals to the computer whether the screensaver was on or not, particularly if it is still downloading music and stuff?
Of course this is all assuming it is something to do with wireless internet? I can't think of anything else that could be doing it?
I was wondering if anybody else had this problem, or especially if any clever people out there have an explanation for all this?
