Would somebody get an electric shock from ill-advisadly peeing on an electric fence?
I mean your average smallholding - keep the goats in - type of electric fence.

They did find that if the person taking the whizz on the open line was also standing in about an inch of water, the person could suffer a severe shock though...

I tested a fence once to see if it was energized by touching it with a blade of grass and there was absolutely no question in my mind that indeed it was. Don�t think I�d consider a **** test for less then a pound per volt and then only after a considerable supply of Guinness courage.

used to be a holiday pastime...holding on to electric fences. You don't need to be wearing anything special on your feet if you make a chain the last person always gets the bigger shock.
the current in these fences is pulsed so as not to injure the livestock ....if you hold on for a while you can actually sense when the next pulse will occur.
