Connecting with Outlook Express
My ISP is Btbroadband, my email is BTYahoo. I find I cannot use Outlook Express because it keeps looking for dial-up connection which is not there.
I to use Outlook Express to be able to get access to emails from another address as BTYahoo won't let me.
1) can I use both BTYahoo and outlook express?
2) How do I configure Outlook Express to use my broadband connection?
I will be grateful for any help, Jan

Now for the second question's answer... Go to outlook express then go to tools, accounts, press mail tab, press your account and press properties. Then press the connection tab and if the tick box is ticked, untick it. Try again. If it comes up asking for your account name and password and does not work then try different characters (e.g you usernames first letter lowercase instead of uppercase). Hope this helps.
