Does any one have any instructions on how to connect the Microsoft Acimates TV pack to the Tv or VCR?

I purchased one from ebay with no instructions and some strange looking leads that do not look like the usual plug in and play type.

I am trying to get it working with the BAnrey Actimates interactive toy and video.
