Get rid of Internet Explorer and use Mozilla Firefox. Just look at the history tab on the menu bar at the top. Click on an entry and it will take you to the web page it represents.
That won't work - my firefox is set not to save history, cookies or cache.
Not that i support this morally questionable invasion of privacy, but to see what the grotty little tykes are eyeing:

Go to My Computer
Click on Local Disc C
Click on Documents and Settings
Click on his user (if applicable)
There should be a file entitled Cookies

Basically cookies are files of all the websites they've been on, unless they've been clever boys and girls and deleted them.

Other useful mines of information are the favourites tab, which will pull up stored websites; and if you pull down the address bar you'll see every website they've typed in!
