Wireless Router Problem!?!

hi i set my belkin wireless router up 2day but now it wont let me log in2 my msn an keeps saying try again later! any1 got any ideas how i sort this prob out? while im ere i mite aswell mention couple of other probs i av since connectin router,the 2nd problem is that i cant get a signal over 3 bars and thats when router is next 2 my laptop aswell! and the 3rd problem is that when i play videos on youtube the screen pauses like every 6secs then starts again about 5 secs later! any ideas how i sort these problems out guys and any quick ways 2 boost my router signal up to 5bars cheers.
