How is it possible for SKY to send information to your TV (even with it disconnected from the phone line) and do they know what you are watching? Also can they tell if your using a scnide card and 'fry' it?

I dont think they can sent info to your TV, but they can send info to your Sky box.

They do that by downloading it from the satellite, the same satellite they use to send you the TV pictures you watch.
The phone line is just used to tell sky various things, the dish send the signal to your sky box which send it to your TV. Yes they know what you are wathc ing if you leave it plugged into the phone. A schnide card won't work anyway and they can't fry it.

Out of all the millions and millions of SKY viewers, it's amazing that they can just 'look' down a phone line and see what i'm watching. SPOOOOOOKY!!!!!

They don't "look down a phone line", your sky box phones the information through periodically. It also phones the PAYG stuff through so they can Bill you.
