Idea for a website

I have the start of an idea for creating a website but don't know how to get anyone to set it up for me (I'm sure the idea is viable but I'm disabled with no capital). I'm wondering if there is anyone I could contact to help me set it up (for a cut if it takes off) without losing my idea to the people I approach)
